Agency Services & Fees

Our travel professionals are proud to provide personalized and value-added service to our customers. Charging a fee for this level of service is common in today's marketplace. Upon purchase of travel from Unlimited Vacations & Cruises, customers agree to the following non-refundable fee schedule, effective March 1, 2001:

TOUR/CRUISE PACKAGE FEES

· TOUR OR CRUISE PACKAGE CANCELLATION FEE (NO INSURANCE PURCHASED): $100.00 per person, $200 max per reservation

· TOUR OR CRUISE PACKAGE CANCELLATION FEE (INSURANCE PURCHASED): $50.00 per person, $100 max per reservation

A LA CARTE FEES (INDIVIDUAL TRANSACTIONS)

· TRANSACTION FEE: $30.00 per transaction (airline tickets not included in packages, airline ticket exchanges, car rentals, hotels, tickets to shows/events/attractions not included in packages)

· PROCESSING AND RESEARCHING LOST PAPER TICKETS: $100.00 per ticket

· FREQUENT FLYER SERVICES (i.e., Upgrades or Tickets): $75.00 per ticket

· FIT (Foreign Independent Travel) INDEPENDENT TOUR PACKAGE or AIRLINE TICKET: $200.00 deposit used towards the package if booked. If no package or air is purchased, the fee is non-refundable.

· TOUR OR CRUISE REVISION FEE: $50.00 per person, $100.00 max per reservation

· MAILING BROCHURES: $25.00 deposit to be used towards the tour or cruise package purchased. If no package is purchased, the fee is non-refundable.

· FEDEX TICKET/DOCUMENTS SHIPPING: 2 DAY $15.00, STANDARD OVERNIGHT $20.00, PRIORITY OVERNIGHT $30.00

· RETURNED/INSUFFICIENT FUNDS CHECKS: $40.00 + 10% of the check’s value, and any legal fees

** PLEASE NOTE: We must have your EXACT billing address for credit card purchases. If this address is not exact, your credit card WILL DECLINE! If it declines and we cannot run your tickets or apply payment to a tour or cruise package, you will be responsible for any price increase.**

ALL FEES, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME AT UNLIMITED VACATIONS & CRUISES AND TOUR OPERATOR/CRUISE LINE/AIRLINE/TRAVEL PROVIDER SOLE DISCRETION WITHOUT NOTICE.
